A documentary about vocational teacher education in northern Finland.
After about 9 months of work the documentary was released in 2014. About 20 interviews were made for the project. I transcribed the interviews to text so that it was easier to find useful parts for the video. In several of the narration shots I used a dolly to get the camera moving. I learned that making a long documentary takes a lot of effort and you have to think about what is essential for the project and what can be left out to compress the message.
